Furniture is listed among the first priority groups under the ESPR Working Plan. The delegated act will address household and office furniture including upholstered products, with a focus on durability, reparability and recycled content.

- Destruction-of-unsold-goods ban does not yet extend to furniture but may be added by delegated act.
