Batteries
In forceBattery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. Carbon-footprint obligation in force since 18 Feb 2026; full DPP from 18 Feb 2027.

Construction products
In forceRevised CPR (EU) 2024/3110 generally applicable since January 2026. DPP phased per product family through 2032.

Toys
AdoptedRegulation (EU) 2025/2509 in force since 1 Jan 2026. Mandatory Digital Product Passport for every toy on the EU market.
Applies from: 1 August 2030 (DPP)
Detergents & surfactants
AdoptedRegulation (EU) 2026/405 adopted 11 Feb 2026. DPP and digital labelling replace the 2004 rules.
